For ServiceCEO Web Users who link to QuickBooks, there was a new rollout that was implemented in the evening of Thursday June 2nd. If you notice that your sync to QuickBooks is failing, please follow the steps below to fix the issue:
Navigate to the Settings tab>'ServiceCEO Connector for use with QuickBooks' and click the link
Click on the 'Download and Install' link
Open/run the 'setup.exe' file that downloads
When running the program, the software should recognize your existing version and prompt to upgrade it (Please note that you might need to allow the program to run via your security software)
Once these steps have been completed, you can return to the invoices/payments list and choose the option to export to QuickBooks as normal. The sync should now complete as expected.
